The London Normal School stands at 165 Elmwood Avenue, featuring architectural elements that combine classical, Romanesque, and Gothic revival styles in its construction.
Constructed from 1898 to 1899 under architect Francis R. Heakes, the building served as Ontario's third normal school for teacher preparation until the 1960s.

The structure now functions as the headquarters for the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, maintaining its role as a center for community development.
