M City Condominums, Residential complex in Mississauga, Canada

M City Condominiums is a master-planned high-rise community at Burnhamthorpe Road and Confederation Parkway in Mississauga, Ontario. The eight-tower, 15-acre, 4.3 million square foot complex includes condos, retail, office, green space, community amenities and two acres of public parkland. The towers have skewed and stacked floor plates; M1 and M2 are 62 storeys, M3 is 81 storeys and 260.3 m tall, M4 is 67 storeys, M5 is 36 storeys, and M6 consists of three 57-storey buildings.

M City was launched in 2017 with its first tower, M1, and construction on the complex began in 2018. Plans for M3, the 81-storey tower, were unveiled on September 24, 2018 by Rogers, Urban Capital and Mayor Bonnie Crombie. M1 was completed in 2023, and by 2026 the third tower had topped out while the fourth and fifth were under construction.

M1 holds the Greater Toronto Area's first rooftop skating rink, and M2 has a movie theatre and sports bar for residents. M3 adds a salt-water infinity pool, a private dining room and kitchen, a screening room, and a kids' playground with splash pad. The community also plans over two acres of parkland linked to the Mary Fix Trail and "Bud" Cleary Park.

The community sits at Burnhamthorpe Road and Confederation Parkway in Mississauga's city centre, with a planned link to the Mary Fix Trail and "Bud" Cleary Park. Amenities such as the salt-water infinity pool, fitness centre and rooftop skating rink belong to residents of the individual towers rather than the general public. M3 includes a seven-level underground residential parking garage.

M3 topped out in 2026 at 260.3 m and 81 storeys, making it the tallest building in Mississauga and the Region of Peel, and the sixth tallest in Canada. It holds 949 units, with balconies in every suite and a seven-level underground residential garage. IBI Group designed it; plans were unveiled on September 24, 2018 by Rogers, Urban Capital and Mayor Bonnie Crombie.
