M City Condominums

M City Condominiums is a residential complex featuring eight towers with distinctive angled floor plates along Burnhamthorpe Road and Confederation Parkway in downtown Mississauga. The buildings rise prominently above the urban landscape and offer a mix of studio apartments, one and two-bedroom units, and townhouses.

Rogers Real Estate Development launched construction of the complex in 2018 on a 15-acre site, transforming a central area of Mississauga. This project reshaped the urban character of downtown Mississauga.

The complex houses a diverse population living in studio apartments, one-bedroom units, and townhouses side by side. Residents from different backgrounds share common spaces and build community in this central location.

Visitors can access the indoor swimming pool, fitness center, movie theater, and rooftop skating rink on the grounds. The location along major roads makes it easily reachable from different parts of Mississauga.

The M3 tower stands at 260 meters tall with 81 floors, making it the tallest building in Canada outside Toronto. This structure dominates the skyline and serves as a defining landmark for the downtown area.
