Bella Lui

Bella Lui is a mountain summit in the Valais Alps north of Crans-Montana reaching 2,548 meters (8,360 feet). The peak is crossed by hiking trails and ski runs that serve visitors throughout the year.

A cable car installation built in the mid-20th century transformed this peak into a winter and summer destination. This infrastructure connected the mountain to the regional network of ski routes and walking paths.

The mountain forms part of the Swiss Alpine landscape, where local communities maintain traditional mountain activities through marked trails and organized outdoor sports.

A cable car takes visitors directly to the upper station, while the T2 hiking trail is accessible during summer. Preparation for Alpine conditions and checking weather forecasts are recommended, as conditions can change quickly.

A col at 2,498 meters connects Bella Lui to the Col de Pochet, shaping the topology of this mountain zone. This geographical feature creates attractive routes for experienced hikers and ski tourers.
