Parc du Denantou, Lakeside park in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The park stretches along Lake Geneva with gardens, ponds, and pathways that lead visitors through diverse landscaped sections toward the waterfront.

William Haldimand, a Swiss-English banker, purchased the land in 1818 and transformed the classical garden into a landscaped park with the addition of a tower.

The Thai pavilion, constructed in 2007, stands 16 meters tall covered in 100,000 gold leaves, marking diplomatic relations between Switzerland and Thailand.

The park includes two children's playgrounds, designated areas for dogs, multiple entrances, and convenient connections to the Olympic Museum and Ouchy district.

The Fountain of Monkeys and The Faun, created by Marcel-Edouard Sandoz, stand among cedars of Lebanon and oak trees throughout the grounds.
