Tai Po Lung Mei Beach

Tai Po Lung Mei Beach is a public beach in Tai Po District featuring sandy shores and clear waters of Tolo Harbour. The shoreline stretches approximately 200 meters along the eastern coast of Hong Kong.

The site was originally a mudflat before being transformed into an artificial beach through a government project completed in 2021. This development created a new recreational destination for the local community.

The beach serves as a gathering place where residents come together for local festivals and community celebrations throughout the year. You can see families and groups using the space for traditional gatherings and seasonal events.
