Horský hotel a rozhledna na Klínovci, Cultural monument and hotel with observation tower in Jáchymov, Czech Republic
The stone observation tower and mountain hotel complex stands at the summit of Klínovec, the highest peak of the Ore Mountains at 1244 meters.
The first structure on the mountain summit was a wooden pyramid built in 1817, later replaced by a gloriette in 1838 before the current stone tower construction.
The building received recognition as a cultural monument in 1992, reflecting the architectural traditions and tourism development of the Ore Mountains region.
The hotel and observation tower complex remains out of service since April 2019, with the municipality of Boží Dar signing a restoration agreement in October 2023.
The observation tower contains 75 steps leading to a viewing platform at 14 meters height, offering views across the mountain range from its 17-meter structure.
