BMW Park, Indoor sports arena in Sendling-Westpark, Germany
The Rudi-Sedlmayer-Halle features a circular base design with an aluminum exterior facade and a self-supporting cover construction in southwest Munich.
The arena opened in 1972 to host basketball events during the Munich Summer Olympics and was named after the president of the Bavarian State Sport Association.
The facility transformed from an Olympic venue to become the permanent home court for Bayern Munich's basketball team in 2011.
Visitors can reach the arena via U4 and U5 subway lines to Heimeranplatz station or bus line 133 to Siegenburger Straße.
The complex includes a restaurant, warm-up hall, and can accommodate 6,700 spectators for sporting events and entertainment performances.
