The Colonia-Hochhaus reaches 147 meters high with 45 floors containing 373 units, including 352 apartments ranging from 35 to 118 square meters.

Constructed between 1970 and 1973, this structure held the title of tallest residential building in Europe until 2001 when the KölnTurm surpassed it.
