Übersee-Club, Cultural heritage monument and association in Neustadt, Germany
The Übersee-Club occupies the Amsinck Palace, a historical building situated along the Binnenalster waterfront in Hamburg's central district.
Founded in 1922 by banker Max Warburg, the club ceased operations in 1934 during the Nazi regime and reopened in 1948 to support Hamburg's international trade.
The organization functions as a meeting place for leaders in commerce, politics, education, and arts, hosting regular lectures and discussions on global matters.
The Atlantic Kempinski Hotel manages the club's dining facilities, offering members access to high-quality dining services throughout the week.
Every May 7th, the Übersee Day celebrates the anniversary of Hamburg receiving its port rights from Emperor Barbarossa in 1189.
