Westendstrasse 1 rises 208 meters with 53 floors, featuring golden granite facades and a distinctive steel crown at its summit.
The construction of this commercial tower began in 1990 and reached completion in 1993, requiring an investment of 400 million dollars.
The building received recognition from the American Chamber of Architects in 1995 as the Best Building of the Year in its category.
The tower contains multiple office spaces across its floors, with each level providing 950 square meters of usable area.
A large sculpture called Inverted Collar and Tie stands at the entrance, created by artists Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen.
