Berlin Hohenzollerndamm station, S-Bahn station and architectural monument in Halensee district, Berlin, Germany
Berlin Hohenzollerndamm station is an S-Bahn station in the Halensee district with a central platform beneath the Hohenzollerndamm bridge. Access is provided through a pedestrian bridge connected to the heritage-listed entrance building.
The station opened on 1 November 1910 to serve residential areas along Hohenzollerndamm. Electric train service was introduced to the line in November 1928.
The station building merges Art Nouveau with early modern design, reflecting the architectural character of the surrounding neighborhood. This design language appears throughout the surrounding residential streets.
The station is served by S-Bahn lines S41, S42, and S46, with connections to bus line 115 available nearby. Elevators provide accessible entry to the platforms.
A southeast entrance providing direct access from the Hohenzollerndamm bridge was added in 2008, significantly improving station connectivity. This modern addition complements the historic station building.
