Dampfkleinbahn Bad Orb

Dampfkleinbahn Bad Orb is a narrow-gauge heritage railway operating between Wächtersbach and Bad Orb with traditional steam locomotives on 600-millimeter gauge tracks. The line passes through varied landscapes and offers rides in authentic historical railway carriages.

The line was originally built for mining and freight transport but was later converted for passenger use and began operating as a heritage railway in 1995. This transformation saved the historic infrastructure from neglect and made it accessible to visitors.
