Rottenburg Cathedral

Rottenburg Cathedral is a brick structure with a prominent tower that rises above the town along the Neckar River. The building combines Gothic and Baroque architectural features visible in its proportions and details.

The church began as a small chapel in the late 13th century and was fundamentally rebuilt following a major fire in the middle of the 17th century. That reconstruction gave the building its current Baroque-influenced form.
