City Tower, High-rise building in Offenbach am Main, Germany
City Tower is a high-rise building with 32 floors above ground and two basement levels located in Offenbach am Main. The structure provides around 25,000 square meters of office space that serves the commercial sector.
Construction started in December 2000 and finished in January 2003, designed by the architectural firm Novotny Mähner Assoziierte. Its completion marked a turning point in urban development and the modernization of the commercial district.
The tower shapes Offenbach's skyline and shows how the city transformed into a modern business center. You can see in its design how the downtown area became an important commercial hub.
The building sits on Berliner Straße with direct access to the S-Bahn Rhein-Main network for easy public transport connections. This location makes it simple to reach Frankfurt and surrounding areas from here.
An 18-meter steel mast rises from the tower's top, bringing the total height to about 140 meters. This makes it the tallest structure in Offenbach and gives it a distinctive appearance on the skyline.
