The complex is located on Belgische Straße within the town of Werl and is not open for tours or public visits. Access is granted only with prior authorization from the prison administration under strict security conditions.
The facility offers vocational training and educational programs designed to prepare inmates for reintegration into society after release. These initiatives aim to support successful return to civilian life and reduce the risk of reoffending.
