Burg Hachen

Burg Hachen is a castle site in Sundern with preserved wall remains from the medieval period. The grounds include an inner courtyard and a round tower whose foundations are still visible today.

The castle arose during a period of regional power distribution and changed hands several times. Different noble families and church authorities shaped its history across generations.
