SLT 107 Schwabenlandtower, High-rise building in Fellbach, Germany
SLT 107 Schwabenlandtower is a 107-meter high-rise with 34 floors and 194 compact rental apartments. The building features floor heating and cooling systems throughout all units.
The project started in May 2014 as Gewa Tower but faced financial troubles and became insolvent in 2016. CG Gruppe later acquired the incomplete structure and completed its development.
The tower shapes Fellbach's skyline and shows how the region has evolved over time. Today, residents live and work within it, creating a new chapter in the neighborhood's development.
The building has a package station and concierge service for residents and visitors. Additional cleaning services are available through the ground-floor hotel.
Wind turbines on the roof edges generate electricity to power the building's cooling system. This setup draws fresh air from the underground parking structure to cool the interior.
