St. Fronleichnam Church

St. Fronleichnam is a modernist parish church in Aachen featuring whitewashed walls, a side chapel area, and a bell tower in a streamlined design. The structure combines a minimally decorated main worship space with an adjoining parish house as a unified complex.

Renowned architect Rudolf Schwarz designed and completed this church in 1930 as an early example of modernist architecture applied to religious buildings. Its completion marked a turning point in how houses of worship were designed through functional and aesthetic innovations.
