Schloss Jägersburg, 18th-century hunting palace in Homburg, Germany

The palace featured a two-story main building with 15 axes, flanked by single-story wings following the architectural patterns of the Grand Trianon.

Built between 1752 and 1756 under Duke Christian IV of Pfalz-Zweibrücken, the palace was destroyed during the French Revolutionary Wars in 1793.

The structure represented early neoclassicism in Germany, marking a significant transition from baroque architecture through its design and proportions.

The palace site now contains no visible remains, but historical documentation and illustrations are preserved in regional museums and archives.

Garden architect Johann Ludwig Petri designed extensive grounds around the palace, incorporating formal gardens and landscape features typical of the period.
