The district extends between Frankenschnellweg, Von-der-Tann-Straße, and Rothenburger Straße, featuring commercial zones and residential neighborhoods interspersed with green spaces.

The area transformed from agricultural land to an urban district in 1950 with the construction of 94 residential units and four commercial spaces along Rothenburger Straße.

Westpark serves as a central gathering point for residents, offering pathways through tree-lined areas and connecting different sections of the neighborhood.

The district contains essential amenities including a primary school, two childcare centers, a kindergarten, supermarket, and direct access to multiple bus lines and U-Bahn connections.

A new development project initiated in 2016 expanded the residential capacity to 100 modern apartments with 7,000 square meters of living space and an underground parking facility.
