Sündersbühl

Sündersbühl is a statistical district in western Nuremberg combining residential areas, commercial zones, and green spaces. The neighborhood stretches between Frankenschnellweg, Von-der-Tann-Straße, and Rothenburger Straße with a mix of building types and open areas.

The area transformed from farmland to urban district in 1950 when homes and shops were built along Rothenburger Straße. A development project in 2016 updated this foundation with contemporary housing.

Westpark serves as a central meeting place where residents gather under shaded trees and walk along pathways that link different neighborhoods. This green space shapes how people experience daily life in the area.

The district has schools, daycare facilities, and a supermarket for daily needs. Several bus lines and U-Bahn connections make getting around and reaching other areas straightforward.

A renovation project starting in 2016 created modern apartments with parking built underneath the buildings. This contemporary addition shows how established neighborhoods continue to evolve and refresh themselves.
