The Seven, Luxury skyscraper in Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt, Munich, Germany.
The Seven is a modern building complex with three main parts: a 54-meter residential tower with 25 luxury apartments, an office building, and a five-story atrium housing 80 apartments. The complex features a two-story entrance hall, 24-hour concierge service, a resident gymnasium, and underground parking accessible via Corneliusstraße.
The complex developed from 2010 to 2013 on the site of a former heating plant owned by Stadtwerke München, the municipal utility company. This transformation demonstrates how an industrial location in Munich was repurposed into a contemporary residential and office development.
In Munich's Gärtnerplatz district, five preserved chimneys from the former heating plant are integrated into the contemporary design of the complex. These elements connect the industrial past visibly with the new use and create an interesting visual contrast in the neighborhood.
Access to the complex is available through Corneliusstraße, where the underground parking areas are also located. The facilities include everything needed for daily living and working, with resident amenities and round-the-clock security services on site.
The penthouse at the top of the tower spans two floors and features a surrounding terrace offering panoramic views across the city. This exclusive residential space represents the most luxurious unit in the entire complex, with exceptional sightlines in all directions.
