The building complex emerged from a former heating plant owned by Stadtwerke München, with construction beginning in 2010 and completing its transformation by 2013.
Located in Munich's Gärtnerplatz district, the development incorporates five preserved chimneys from the original heating plant into its contemporary architectural design.
The complex features a two-story entrance hall, 24-hour concierge service, resident gymnasium, and underground parking accessible through Corneliusstraße.
A 700-square-meter penthouse spans the top two floors, offering a surrounding terrace with panoramic views at a construction cost of 14 million euros.
