Triton-Haus, Modern office building in Westend, Germany

Triton-Haus is a modern office building featuring blue mirrored glass facades paired with red sandstone elements, located on Bockenheimer Landstrasse in Frankfurt's Westend neighborhood. The structure rises across 10 floors and houses workspace for multiple businesses and organizations.

The building was completed in 1987 following the 1973 land acquisition by British firm Samuel Properties. Its development emerged after extended municipal discussions about appropriate design for the site.

In front of the building stands a bronze memorial by sculptor Hans Mettel, unveiled on 31 August 1957 at the corner of Bockenheimer Landstraße and Freiherr-vom-Stein-Straße. It pairs an over-life-size youth figure with a stone carved with "Hyperions Schicksalslied". Hölderlin lived at Bockenheimer Landstraße 42 from 1796 to 1798 as tutor to the banker Gontard family.

The main building forms a semicircle opening onto Odina-Bott-Platz, with three rear wings along Bockenheimer Landstraße and Staufenstraße. The Hölderlin memorial stands at the corner of Freiherr-vom-Stein-Straße, where the bronze youth and the stone inscribed with "Hyperions Schicksalslied" can be seen from the public pavement. The office floors and the three underground parking levels are not open to visitors.

The revitalization aimed to raise the ratio of gross floor area to rentable space from 73% to 83%, and the building received DGNB Platin certification, supported by a combined heat and power unit and a green roof. The main tenant is Allianz Global Investors, which moved in in 2013.
