Westfalen Culinarium

Westfalen Culinarium is a teaching and production center in Nieheim focused on regional specialties including cheese, bread, ham, and beer. The facility contains several sections where visitors can see how these products are made and understand what makes them distinctive.

The complex developed in the early 2000s from repurposing six former farmhouses into an educational center. This development came as a way to preserve traditional food-making skills and regional food culture for future generations.
