Gut Mühlenthal

Gut Mühlenthal is a former gatekeeper's residence located within Knoops Park, displaying architectural features from the 19th century. The masonry and window arrangement reflect building styles common to the region during that era.

The house was built between 1868 and 1871 under Baron Ludwig Knoop's direction as part of a larger estate. After the original castle was demolished in 1933, only this keeper's building survived.

The building shows how wealthy Bremen merchants built their homes in the 19th century, with details that reveal their focus on craftsmanship and display.

The site is accessible by local bus or on foot from Bremen-St. Magnus railway station through park pathways. The building can be viewed from outside and is situated within park grounds with defined access points.
