St. Mariä Heimsuchung

St. Mariä Heimsuchung is a Catholic branch church in Breitenholz that features a baroque high altar originally from a former Franciscan church. The interior includes a manual organ with seven registers that supports the liturgical life of the parish.

Construction began in 1695 after the previous building from 1628 had deteriorated, with consecration completed in 1735. The distinctive tower with a pointed roof, typical of the region, was added after the main structure was finished.
