Granary Gramzow is a ten-storey reinforced-concrete silo built at the edge of the village near the station, with a rectangular footprint of 21.50 by 11 metres for the cells alone. Its smooth concrete faces are clad in unplastered brick at the base and on the top two floors, and the stair-tower-like head building, infilled with brick in a steel frame, holds the machinery for weighing, cleaning and drying grain. The letters VEAB are embossed on the upper edge of the middle cells.

Built at the start of the 1950s beside the railway near Gramzow station, the ten-storey silo stored freshly harvested grain and rapeseed; sources give 1953/1954 as its completion. Brandenburg's state government protected it as an industrial monument, citing it as evidence of the GDR's economic history and a symbol of agricultural collectivisation. After agricultural use ended following German reunification, it stood empty until Manuela Busch and Frank Wiemeyer of Schwedt took it over and began gradual restoration in 2016, funded by ELER and the state of Brandenburg.

Since the 2020s the building has served as an art and culture venue called SpeicherART, with theatre, concerts and exhibitions between May and October. Fifteen exhibition areas covering about 1,800 square metres are spread over all floors, and artists can apply for seasonal use. The letters VEAB embossed on the concrete rim of the middle silo cells recall the Volkseigene Erfassungs- und Aufkaufbetriebe, the state purchasing agency that ran the store in GDR times.

The building is located on Zehnebecker Street and can be viewed from multiple points around the property. The original structural elements remain visible and offer visitors interesting insights into the old construction.
