The facade of Theaterstraße 3 in Hannover dates from the mid-19th century and is the earliest surviving example of the Stabwerk-Rundbogenstil designed by architect Christian Heinrich Tramm. It marks the site of the Eisenbahnwagen-Fabrik of the Lücke brothers, also called Haus Lücke. Behind the listed facade stands a new office building, and a passage leads to the Künstlerhaus and the Schauspielhaus with the Cumberlandische Galerie.

The facade was built in the mid-19th century during the industrialization of the Kingdom of Hanover. It marks the site of the Lücke brothers' railway carriage factory, one of the early large factories in the Hanover area. The building, also called Haus Lücke, is the earliest surviving example of the Stabwerk-Rundbogenstil designed by Christian Heinrich Tramm. This "Tramm style" led to his appointment as court architect to King George V.

The name Haus Lücke recalls the Lücke brothers' railway wagon factory, one of the first large factories in the Hannover area, which stood on this site. The building is also called Haus Lücke. Today a passage behind the facade leads to the Künstlerhaus and the Schauspielhaus with the Cumberland Gallery.

The building stands at Theaterstraße 3 in the Mitte district, near the Künstlerhaus and the Schauspielhaus. Visitors reach the Cumberlandsche Galerie and the Künstlerhaus by walking through the passage that runs behind the preserved facade. The site is on foot within Hannover's theater quarter, so allow time to walk the surrounding streets.
