The Villa Looß stands near Fennpfuhl pond with red brick walls, a hip roof, and Art Nouveau design elements from the late 19th century.
Built in 1896 for Imperial Court Gardener Gustav Adolph Schultz, the villa changed ownership multiple times and served as Soviet military storage during World War II.
The building features three decorated salons in different colors, a vaulted cellar, and spaces designed for celebrations and community gatherings.
The venue operates as an event location with reception rooms accommodating groups from 12 to 60 people, offering catering services starting at 69 euros per person.
The structure remains the oldest building in the Fennpfuhl district and received monument protection status in 2013.
