Neuer Henninger Turm

The Neuer Henninger Turm is a modern residential tower with 37 floors and a height of 140 meters in the Sachsenhausen-Süd district. The building houses 209 luxury apartments with spacious balconies, retail spaces, sports facilities, and a public courtyard with open-air staircases.

The building replaced the original Henninger Turm, a grain storage silo built in 1961 that was Frankfurt's tallest structure until 1974. The demolition and reconstruction marked a major transformation of the city skyline in this area.

The restaurant at the tower's top serves contemporary versions of German cuisine with regional dishes. Local visitors appreciate this blend of tradition and modern approach when they dine here.

The building is accessible to visitors and features a public staircase in the courtyard as well as retail spaces and a restaurant on the top floor. The best time to visit is during daytime when the public areas and shops are open.

The building preserves the recognizable silhouette of the former grain silo while functioning as a completely modern residential structure. This combination of old forms and new purpose creates an unexpected visual feature for the Frankfurt skyline.
