Philipp-Melanchthon-Gymnasium

The Philipp-Melanchthon-Gymnasium is a four-track secondary school in Meine serving students from grade 5 through 13. The facility offers a broad range of academic subjects and learning opportunities across its various departments.

The school was founded in 2009 and welcomed its first students in 2011. The first graduating class completed their studies in 2018.

The gymnasium maintains educational partnerships with schools across Europe and Australia, fostering international exchange programs and cross-cultural learning experiences.

Students learn English as their primary foreign language and can choose between French, Latin, or Spanish starting from grade 6. The broad language program allows each student to develop skills based on their abilities and interests.

The campus features a garden created in 2014 that transformed into an outdoor classroom by 2017. This green space allows students to spend part of their learning time directly in nature.
