Les sept Laux, Ski resort in Belledonne mountains, France
Les Sept Laux spans three interconnected areas - Prapoutel, Le Pleynet, and Pipay - offering 120 kilometers of ski slopes between 1350 and 2400 meters elevation.
Established in 1971, the resort marked a significant development in French winter sports by connecting three mountain villages into an integrated skiing destination.
The resort maintains strong connections with local mountain communities through traditional alpine events and regional food offerings at mountain restaurants.
Visitors can access the resort through regular bus services from Grenoble, with equipment rental facilities and ski schools available at each base station.
The resort features 105 snow cannons across its terrain, ensuring consistent snow coverage throughout the winter season from December through March.
