Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Art Deco theatre in 8th arrondissement, France

The Théâtre des Champs-Élysées features three performance halls with a main auditorium that seats 1,905 people in Avenue Montaigne.

Architects Auguste Perret and Henry van de Velde designed this concrete structure in 1913, making it the first Art Deco building in Paris.

The premiere of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring in 1913 led to a notable reaction from the audience, marking a turning point in modern music.

The theatre provides wheelchair access and presents regular programs of classical music, opera performances, and orchestral concerts throughout the year.

Antoine Bourdelle created three substantial relief sculptures that adorn the front facade, representing dance, music, and drama.
