Château de Saint-Bernard, Medieval castle in Saint-Bernard, France

The rectangular fortress includes corner round towers, a high residential building, and entrance through a square gate tower at its center.

The castle changed ownership multiple times, from the Palatins of Riottiers to the Church of Lyon, and was attacked by residents of Trévoux in 1376.

The castle earned recognition as a classified historical monument in 1997, reflecting its architectural and historical value to French heritage.

Located 30 minutes north of Lyon, the castle provides three distinct rooms for seminars and celebrations, with ample parking facilities.

The property was owned by artists André Utter and Suzanne Valadon in 1923, adding an artistic connection to its noble heritage.
