Espace Glisse de Paris 18, Indoor skatepark in 18th arrondissement, Paris, France
Espace Glisse de Paris 18 is an indoor skatepark covering about 3000 square meters with distinct sections for street skating, bowl riding, and a beginner-friendly zone. The layout allows different riding styles to coexist in one facility.
The facility opened in 2008 as France's largest indoor concrete skatepark at that time. It quickly became an important training ground for the local skating community.
The facility hosts different sports communities by dedicating specific zones and time slots to skateboarders, BMX riders, and roller skaters. These separate arrangements let each group practice comfortably without interfering with one another.
The facility is located on Boulevard Ney and provides free entry along with equipment rental and protective gear options. Visitors need to register with a PASS SPORT card to access the space.
The facility features movable bleachers for spectators, allowing it to host events and demonstrations. This setup shows that the space serves both competitive events and regular training sessions.
