The Château de Font-Ségugne stands on the Cancabèu plateau, featuring a main building constructed in 1860 surrounded by 20 hectares of woods and vineyards.
Originally built as a bastide in the 15th century for an Italian Catholic cardinal, the estate later passed to the Dukes of Gadagne and the Giéra family.
The château gained prominence on May 21, 1854, when seven poets, including Frédéric Mistral, established the Félibrige movement to preserve the Provençal language.
Located at 122 chemin des Taillades, the château operates as a winery producing Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages-Gadagne wines available for direct purchase.
The estate's position facing Mont Ventoux creates specific conditions for grape cultivation, resulting in distinctive wines that express the local terroir.
