La Laiterie is a contemporary music venue in Strasbourg's Quartier de la Gare neighborhood, hosting varied programming year-round. The space presents international and regional artists in a dedicated performance hall focused on modern and electronic music across multiple genres.

A small brewery stood on the site until the early 20th century. In 1915, while Strasbourg was German, the Laiterie centrale was founded there and pasteurised all the milk collected; its brick boiler-house chimney, rebuilt in 1960, still stands. Dairy activity ended in 1979 when the plant merged into Alsace Lait and moved to Hœrdt. After Catherine Trautmann became mayor in 1989, the SERS was tasked with converting the 9,000 m² site, and the concert hall opened on 25 October 1994.

The name comes from the Laiterie centrale dairy founded on the site in 1915; the brick chimney of the 1960 boiler house still stands. Since 2003 the site has hosted Les Nuits électroniques de l'Ososphère each September, a festival of electronic music, visual arts and multimedia run by the Quatre 4.0 association and held across the whole site.

The site stretches along Rue du Hohwald between the A35 motorway and the railway line from the Gare centrale towards Germany, reaching Rue du Ban de la Roche and Rue de la Broque. Tram line B stops at Laiterie station, and bus lines 2 and L1 also serve the site.

The Ososphère electronic nights have been held on the whole site every September since 2003 (with a break from 2010 to 2018), making it the only festival that occupies the entire Laiterie grounds, from the halls to the courtyard.
