Le Consortium

Le Consortium is a contemporary art museum and cultural center in Dijon housed in a modernist building designed by architect Shigeru Ban. The exhibition space features rotating displays of international contemporary work from emerging and established artists.

The institution was founded in 1977 under the association Le Coin du Miroir to advance art research and education. The building underwent comprehensive renovation and reopened in its current form in 2011.

The name 'Consortium' reflects the collaboration of many artistic voices shown in the exhibitions. You experience here how contemporary artists from around the world share their work and how the space encourages exchange between different creative viewpoints.
