MuMa Museum of modern art André Malraux

MuMa Museum of Modern Art André Malraux is a modern art museum in Le Havre with a distinctive five-sided glass structure positioned at the harbor entrance. The transparent facade allows natural light to flood through the exhibition spaces and illuminate the artworks within.

The museum was founded in 1961 when the city needed a new art house after the original was destroyed during World War II. Around 1,500 artworks were saved from the bombardments and now form the core of the collection.
