Paléospace l'Odyssée, Natural history museum in Villers-sur-Mer, France.

The Paléospace museum displays an extensive collection of 27,000 fossils, including a 10-meter-long Liopleurodon skeleton and the Ophthalmosaurus named Anna.

The institution began in 1979 as a paleontological association founded by Michel Riout, a CNRS geology research director at the University of Caen.

The museum received the prestigious 'Musée de France' designation in 2003, recognizing its role in preserving and showcasing French scientific heritage.

The facility extends over 1,000 square meters, with 450 square meters dedicated to exhibitions and a planetarium featuring a 5.5-meter diameter dome.

The museum sits directly on the Greenwich Meridian and exhibits fossils from the Black Cow Cliffs, where marine specimens from 160 million years ago emerge.
