Château de Jeurre stands in Morigny-Champigny on a 60-hectare estate beside the RN 20. The castle was enlarged in 1809 by Count Mollien; near it are a Piedmontese-style farm (1810-1811) with a dovecote (1812) and a gatekeeper's house (1813). Boxwood alleys link the buildings to garden follies moved here from Méréville in 1896-1897, among them the Temple de la Piété filiale, the Laiterie and the Cénotaphe de Cook by Augustin Pajou.

The château was enlarged in 1809 by Count Mollien, husband of Adèle Dutilleule, goddaughter of Louis-César Dufresne de Saint-Léon. In 1895 the estate acquired the garden follies Hubert Robert had created for the Marquis de Laborde at Méréville, and they were re-erected at Jeurre in 1896–1897. The park also holds the pediment of the left wing of the royal château of Saint-Cloud, saved from destruction.

The Temple of Filial Piety and the Laiterie, with its trompe-l'œil facade, came from the Marquis de Laborde's park at Méréville, designed with Hubert Robert; they were bought at the 1895 sale and re-erected at Jeurre in 1896–1897. The Cenotaph of Cook is a sculpture by Augustin Pajou. The Rostral Column recalls La Pérouse's expedition and the deaths of Laborde's sons Édouard and Ange Auguste at Port-des-Français (Lituya Bay, Alaska) on 13 July 1786.

The park covers 60 hectares beside the RN 20 at Morigny-Champigny, and boxwood-lined paths link the scattered monuments, so allow time to walk between them. The château itself is a private domain and is not open to visitors; the follies and salvaged monuments are seen from the grounds. Sturdy shoes suit the lawns and gravel walks.

The 17th-century armillary sphere on its pink granite column is one of the few pieces at Jeurre not brought from Méréville: the garden's other follies were bought at the 1895 sale of that estate and installed in 1896-1897. The sphere predates that transfer and stands apart from the Méréville group.
