Tour Marcel-Brot, Office tower and medical training center in Nancy, France

The Marcel-Brot Tower rises 38 meters high with eight floors, featuring a cubic structure positioned above a wide horizontal base at 1 rue Joseph-Cugnot.

Architect Louis Fleck designed this tower in 1969 as the headquarters for the Union of Lorraine Cooperators, a former consumer cooperative organization.

The building received the Silver Square Award in 1970, marking its contribution to French architecture during a period focused on geometric shapes.

The tower now serves as a medical training facility for the Nancy University Hospital, containing lecture halls and classrooms for healthcare professionals.

The structure underwent asbestos removal and rehabilitation in 2002 before being sold to the University Hospital for 14 million euros in 2005.
