Auguste Rodin purchased this Louis XIII-style brick and stone building in December 1895, establishing it as his primary residence until his death in 1917.
The property maintains original plaster sculptures and personal artifacts, presenting direct evidence of Rodin's artistic methods and daily creative processes.
The museum opens Friday through Sunday from 1 PM to 6 PM, with admission fees of 5 euros for adults and 3 euros for reduced rates.
Rodin's burial site lies beneath The Thinker statue on the villa grounds, making this location both his final workshop and resting place.
