Église Saint-Maximin de Thionville

Église Saint-Maximin is an 18th-century Catholic church distinguished by two low towers joined by a decorated balustrade terrace. Inside, the space features baroque ornamental details, side altars positioned throughout, and a substantial pipe organ with hundreds of pipes.

A medieval place of worship once occupied this site until fire destroyed it in 1493. The present building rose from this loss and was completed in the mid-18th century, reflecting the architectural tastes of that era.
