Église du Cœur-Immaculé-de-Marie is a Romanesque Revival church at 23 rue de Verdun in Suresnes, built by architect Édouard Bérard in 1907-1908. Its rough-faced tan stone walls carry rounded-arch windows with dark glass, and a tall square tower with a narrow arched louvered opening rises at the right, capped by a steep pyramidal slate roof. A tall conifer partly hides the left side.

The present church, at 23 rue de Verdun, was built in 1907-1908 to designs by architect Édouard Bérard, replacing the old Saint-Leufroy church as Suresnes' main Catholic place of worship. That predecessor, a chapel of around 910 turned church and an autonomous parish from 1070, was demolished in 1906 for dilapidation after a criminal fire hit its north chapel in 1904. Although Saint Leufroy remains the town's patron saint, the new church was dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Although Saint Leufroy remains the patron saint of Suresnes, the 1907–1908 church was dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, to whom an altar was originally consecrated. A stained-glass window recalls the 1222 arrival of relics of Saint Leufroy of Évreux, showing monks carrying the reliquary. A chapel dedicated to Saint Leufroy was built in 1948 in the République district, 3 rue Chemin-Vert.

The church stands at 23 rue de Verdun in Suresnes, a short walk from the town centre and reachable by the Transilien line to Suresnes-Mont-Valérien. It replaced the old Saint-Leufroy church, demolished in 1906, and remains the main Catholic place of worship in the town. Look for the stained-glass window showing monks carrying the reliquary of Saint Leufroy, brought here in 1222.
