Château de Longchamp, Historic château in Bois de Boulogne, France

The Château de Longchamp features white stone construction with a classical pediment, surrounded by a three-hectare park in western Paris.

Architect Gabriel Davioud constructed the château in 1849 at Baron Haussmann's request as a summer residence for the imperial prince born in 1856.

The château transformed into the International Children's Center in 1949, training thousands of scholars, particularly from French-speaking African countries.

The GoodPlanet Foundation now operates the château from Wednesday to Sunday, offering free access to exhibitions about environmental issues across two floors.

The establishment maintains a solar-powered food truck, an organic produce market, and environmental workshops within its 3.5-hectare natural grounds.
