La Moutete is a multipurpose indoor hall in Orthez covering roughly 1,100 square meters (11,840 square feet) that serves both sports events and weekly markets. The space works for different functions and brings together activities that serve the local community throughout the year.
From 1931 to 1991 this facility was home to the Elan Bearnais Orthez basketball team and hosted their games and training. The team later moved to the Palais des Sports in Pau, ending decades of basketball history in this space.
