Jardin zen d'Erik Borja

The three-hectare garden features distinct areas including meditation spaces, tea gardens, waterfalls, and Mediterranean sections along the Herbasse river.

Erik Borja initiated the garden's creation in 1973 after his art studies in Paris, drawing inspiration from his 1977 visits to Japanese gardens in Nara and Kyoto.

The garden received recognition as a Remarkable Garden of France in 2005, highlighting its importance in preserving and sharing Japanese gardening traditions.

Located at 530 chemin du Jardin Zen, the garden welcomes visitors throughout the year with admission fees of 10 euros for adults and reduced rates for children.

The garden produces its own Zen Garden wine collection from adjacent vineyards, combining traditional Japanese aesthetics with local wine production methods.
