Tour La Sablière, High-rise building in 18th arrondissement, Paris, France.

Tour La Sablière is a residential tower in the 18th arrondissement that rises 78 meters (256 feet) with 27 floors housing roughly 200 apartments of different sizes. The building has a beige and blue-grey facade and integrates commercial spaces at street level.

The tower was designed by architect André Remondet in 1967 to house railway workers employed by SNCF in modern accommodations. The project emerged from ICF Habitat La Sablière's housing development efforts during that period of Paris's urban expansion.

The building reflects how Paris addressed housing needs in the 1960s by creating modern residential spaces in working-class neighborhoods. It remains a visible example of that era's approach to urban residential development.

The tower sits in a well-connected area with direct access to public transportation and ground-level shops and services. Keep in mind that this is a residential building, so accessible areas for visitors are mainly limited to the exterior and street level.

The rooftop has served as an advertising billboard since 1980, displaying different brand logos over the decades including Mita, TDK, and currently Samsung. This illuminated signage makes the tower distinctly recognizable from a distance, especially in the evening.
