Roche de Mio is a mountain peak in the La Plagne Tarentaise region that stands out in the Alpine landscape. From here you can see across to neighboring peaks and the valleys below in all directions.

Roche de Mio rises to 2,730 m in the northern Vanoise massif, in Savoie. Its slopes above Peisey-Nancroix, Champagny-en-Vanoise and La Plagne were opened to skiing as La Plagne developed, and the summit is now reached by the Télécabine de la Roche de Mio. The peak is integrated into the Paradiski ski area, which links La Plagne with Les Arcs.

The summit lies within the Paradiski ski area, linking La Plagne with Les Arcs, and the Télécabine de la Roche de Mio carries skiers up from the La Plagne side. In summer the same slopes serve as a free flight site, where paraglider pilots launch from the ridge above the Ponturin and Champagny valleys.

The summit is reached by the Télécabine de la Roche de Mio, a cable car within the La Plagne ski area, part of Paradiski. It gives direct access to the top without a long climb. The lift runs in the winter ski season, not year-round, so check opening before planning a summer visit.

The summit sits at 2,730 metres, 267 metres above the surrounding terrain, and the Télécabine de la Roche de Mio links it directly to the La Plagne ski area and the wider Paradiski domain. The Sommet de Bellecôte, at 3,417 metres, rises 3.8 kilometres to the east.
