The church features a classical stone facade with Tuscan pilasters, a semicircular portal, and a triangular pediment above the entrance window.
Founded in 1085 as an Augustinian abbey over Saint Firmin's tomb, the current structure was rebuilt between 1750 and 1770 in classical style.
The interior preserves 15th-century bas-reliefs depicting Saint Firmin's narrative, along with several ancient sarcophagi and liturgical sculptures by Charles Cressent.
Located at 50 Chaussée Jules Ferry in Amiens, the church received official recognition as a historic monument in December 1969.
A vault beneath the choir marks the location where Saint Firmin's body was discovered, making it a significant religious site in northern France.
